Summer heat feels like a heavy velvet cape over my shoulders as the rocks and canyon walls reflect it back and radiate the days warmth late into the night. I love this time of year. In the 30 plus years I have lived at Roaring Springs I never tire of natures flow.<br /><br />Can I tell you that oil paint can still intimidate? It does! No matter how many times I have loaded a brush with color it can still tell me things I never knew. My goal however is to continue to say the things about the Canyon that cannot be said with words.
